Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for its intended purpose.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit or upload to the platform. By submitting content, you grant Prizavento a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain consistent platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes where practicable. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions or modifications.

7. Fees and Payment

Certain features or plans may require payment. All fees are stated at the point of purchase and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of paid services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prizavento and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prizavento and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users, third parties, or our business. Upon termination, your right to access the services ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

For material changes, we will provide notice through the platform or via email where practicable.
